The fourth HiiL Law of the Future Conference 2011

In previous years, the Law of the Future Conferences focused on a specific domain of the relationship between law and globalisation. For instance, we explored how globalisation affects national highest courts and we looked at the changing nature of regulation for private actors.
The fourth HiiL Law of the Future Conference 2011 will focus on the Law of the Future in general: how will law and the legal sector develop in the 21st century?
