Feed Us! process
The Law Scenarios to 2030 are based on the input from the Feed Us! process which has been developed over 2010/2011, with more to come in the future.
Leading thinkers and doers are asked to write Think Pieces on what they see as the main challenges for law in the next 20 years. The 49 Think Pieces submitted are published in The Law of the Future and the Future of Law - the exclusive 750 pages publication. Additionally, other experts provided input by way of interviews; some of them include: Francis Fukuyama (Stanford University), Jonathan Koppell (Arizona State University), Parag Khanna (New America Foundation), Peter Rees (Shell), and Louise Arbour (International Crisis Group). Lastly, 15 Scenario Feedback sessions for different professional and geographical groups where held in various locations, including The Hague, New York, Beijing, Johannesburg and Seville.
The Feed Us! process includes the following input elements:
- Collection of future-oriented studies
- Think pieces by experts
